SHOWN for the first time, in 115 Dinopacker is exhibited in conjunction with a new PD Superlift lorry-mounted hoist and an 11S Dinosaur.

The Dinopacker is a demountable compaction unit with a swept volume of 22 cu.yd. which is capable of hauling 88 cu.yd of light refuse and has a 3 cu.yd. loading hopper, the unit being designed for transporting on an 11S Dinosaur. A machine of this type is seen mounted on a Ford 1)1000 16-tolt g.v.w. chassis and carries a 10 cu.yd, demountable refuse container.

Fitted to a Bedford KFS drop-sided lorry, the PD Superlift has a lifting capacity of 3+ tons and the jib can be extended in five stages to 2111. It is hydraulically operated.
