THE three exhibits of this company comprise a U-shaped light-alloy 14 cu.yd. panel tipper body on a Foden eight-wheeled 24-ton gross chassis, a 15 cu.yd. all-steel Dumptrailer coupled to a Ford D1000 chassis and a U-shaped 38 cu.yd. frameless tipping trailer, in the livery of the Redland-Inns company, that is hauled by a Leyland Beaver tractive unit with two-pedal control and rated at 30/32 tons gross. A payload of 16+ tons is provided by the Dumptrailer.
Norde running gear with rubber suspension is fitted to the tipping trailer which is in the livery of Genefax Ltd. The Fodenbased tipper is a repeat order for the St. Albans Sand and Gravel Co.
