Anthony Hoists Ltd., Harelaw industrial Estate, Stanley, Co. Durham.

AN Anthony/Autolifts ST7 single-ram underbody tipping gear is shown fitted to a BMC WFK chassis, the body being an allsteel drop-sided type of 6 cu.yd. capacity. The tipping gear and sub-frame weighs 4.5cwt and can lift 7/10 tons.

The second exhibit comprises an Anthony/Autolifts TU 18/95 twin-ram outrigged underbody gear which is used to elevate a 40 cu.yd. all-steel U-shaped refuse body and is mounted on a Foden GL6/22 chassis. Including the sub-frame, the tipping gear weighs 8 cwt.
