Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Scammell Lorries Ltd., Watford West, Watford, Herts

ALTHOUGH Scammell is such a wellknown name among articulated vehicles, the company is showing only one semitrailer on its stand. This vehicle, a 30ft long skeletal designed to accept 30ft long containers, is shown with a Scammell TiltTainer mounted on it. The Scammell skeletal features 16in. by 5.5in. rolled channel-section main frames with fabricated tapered-box section outriggers carrying the twistlocks. It is mounted upon leafspring suspension and the tandem axles carry 16.5in. by 7in. S-cam operated brakes powered through a three-line air system.

The Tilt-Tainer mounted on the trailer is a flat with a removable tilt assembly, equipped with stout corner pillars which allow stacking.
