Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

King Truck Equipment Ltd., Riverside, Market Harborough, Leics

ONE low-loading semi-trailer is shown on this stand—it is of a type which employs a removable swan neck rather than knockout rear axles for loading purposes. The vehicle has a tandem-axled rear bogie and affords a 20ft long bed in an overall length of 38ft. It carries a payload of 20 tons. The axles fitted to this vehicle are the first of a new type made by York Trailer Co. Ltd. They have a capacity of 13 tons each and are fitted with oil filled hubs. The hub caps are transparent to permit oil levels to be checked easily. A second exhibit on this stand is a scale model of a German-made Scheuerle trailer bogie which King Truck is to make under licence.
