TWO semi-trailers on this Stand are both equipped with special bodywork built by the same manufacturer. A single-axle unit with refrigerated bodywork which has been designed for operation at 24-ton g.v.w. has a body of all-aluminium construction which has an outer framework which can be adjusted to suit various thicknesses of insulation. Three-line air-pressure braking with double diaphragms operates S-cam brake units.
