Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

B. Dixon-Bate Ltd., Tarvin Road, Chester

A NEW ground-level-loading low-loader, a tanker trailer and a cross country trailer are shown on this stand.

The ground-level loader has been developed for moving heavy electrical gear such as cables and transformers. A hydraulicpowered trunnion carrying a stub axle assembly is mounted at each side of the trailer. Contraction of the rams causes the trunnions to raise up and allow the body to fall to ground level. When the rams are extended the pivoting trunnions force the wheels down and causes the body to lift into the running position. The unit has a carrying capacity of 5.5 tons.

One other item to be seen on this stand is the D-B Trailbak, a device which was introduced at the 1966 Show and with which a tractive unit with a fifth-wheel coupling can 'be converted into a recovery vehicle. The unit has a safe working load of 4.5 tons and overcomes the need for a special recovery vehicle in a fleet.

The company is also exhibiting some of its Shorefast cargo-control equipment.
