Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Treatments Ltd. to a concrete seal which it is now producing for the upgrading of concrete and similar floor surfaces. The coloured sealer transforms concrete, granolithic, stone and similar types of floors into attractive and easy-to-maintain surfaces. It is easily applied and an initial application of two coats completely seals the floor surface and eliminates "dusting" which has so far been one of the drawbacks of a concrete floor surface. The use of Cretacol as a sealer for concrete floors not only eliminates dusting but it effectively prevents dirt, dust, oil or grease from penetrating the surface and thus simplifies future routine maintenance. Cretacol is available in red, grey and green and to apply, the surface to be sealed must first be cleaned and then swept clear of dust. Cretacol can then be applied by the use of a Progress Floor Treatments Applicator or brush. This first coat will dry completely in about 30 to 60min and a second coat can be applied. A deep colourmatt finish will then be obtained. Cretacol is supplied in a liquid form, no dilution being required. One gallon has a single coat coverage of approximately 45 sq. yd. Made by: Progress Floor Treatments Ltd., Cressex Estate, High Wycombe, Bucks.
