Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Albion rearengined Viking passenger chassis is now also available in two-pedal form employing a PneumoCyclicfour-speed or optional five-speed gearbox. Its economical Leyland 400 engine is mounted vertically at the rear end of the chassis to give easy access for servicing, plenty of front entrance space for one-man operation, excellent weight distribution for good braking, tyre life and passenger comfort. The VK.49L is designed for bus operation at 9 ton g.vw. or coach operation at 9i ton g.v.w. Built to exacting engineering standards that have made the Scots famous, it has a hub reduction axle, air-hydraulic brakes with split system, Butec starter and alternator, and a really strong bolted chassis frame.
