Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The 20 ton Reiver model RE.129T truckmixer chassis is a 6 x4 model with 151 bhp diesel engine. This high power allows the Cement agitator to be revolved in transit while maintaining a high level of road performance. The Reiver 129 is fitted with twin hub reduction rear axles and lockable third differential for maximum traction, a ten-speed Rangechange gearbox for maximum efficiency over a wide range of speeds and gradients, and air pressure cam brakes with spring brake actuators at the rear bogie wheels to provide a fail-safe system.

The AV505 six-cylinder direct injection diesel develops 151 bhp at 2 400 rev/min and 384 lbf ft (53-1 kgf m) at 1 300 rev/min. The combustion system uses open straight-sided toroidal combustion chambers in the pistons and multi-hole injectors, which combine to produce top performance with low fuel consumption. Extra long life and reliability is given with a robust nitride-hardened alloy steel seven-bearing crankshaft with damper, four-bearing camshaft of alloy cast iron with chill-hardened cam tips, stellite faced valves with chromium plated stems and hard iron valve seat inserts.
