Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Prize

SOME coach drivers have sent in very interesting communications in .connection with our competition., and the results will show no paucity of ideas. But a good many entrants miss the mark. They tell us how long they have been reading The CoMmercial Motor and what • they think of it. A few even give us intimate details of their family affairs. We like to hear the things, of oourse, it cheers us up, but it does not help to solve the problem of the ' better coach."

The prize winners will be the drivers who have the best suggestions to offer a:s to definite ways in which present-day coaches might be improved, from the driver'e point of view. Some letters, already received, contain excellent ideas, and will undoubtedly win prizes if no better efforts arrive.

The competition closes on October aid, and the valuable cash prizes offered are: 10 for the letter which, in the opinion of the Editor, contains the best suggestions; £5 and £3 for the second and third best letters respectively; whilst we shall give ten consolation prizes of 21 each to the writers of the best letters who do not receive prizes. We want such drivers to write a short letter under this heading, "How I Think My Coach Could Be Improved," and then to.fill in the coupon printed on this page and send it, with the letter. to The, Editor of The Commercial • Motor, 7-15, Rosebery1, Avenue, London, E.C.1, marking the :envelope , "Coach Competition" (do not forget to do that). No one need hesitate to enter because he "is not much of a hand at letter writing." We are quite prepared to put his letter into shape for publication,
