Do you provide a standard driver handover package?
Yes. Full product familiarisation includes operation of bodywork with the bodybuilder, if specialised. Where does it normally take place?
At the customer’s premises. Handovers can also be provided, on request, at Isuzu’s HQ.
Can operators buy a CPC-registered familiarisation package on existing (i.e. not brand new) trucks?
No, but some Isuzu dealers will recommend local training providers.
