● A public inquiry on 26 October will look at disciplinary action against A Johnstone Haulage based in Bathgate.
● G Star Scaffolding, based in Kirkliston, will appear at a PI on 28 October, when disciplinary action will be considered.
● On 28 October, a hearing will discuss disciplinary action against Paisley-based Landbridge Logistics and consider community authorisation.
● Aberdeen-based RA Executive Freight, will be at an inquiry on 3 November, when disciplinary action will be looked at. Community authorisation will be considered.
● A full variation application, and interim variation application, from John McNally Haulage based in Cumbernauld, will be considered on 7 November.

● An inquiry on 24 October will look at disciplinary action against Imperial Tobacco, based in Nottingham. The transport manager’s repute will also be discussed.
