managing director. He replaces Mark Pigott who is returning to the United States to work at the PACCAR corporate office. Heather joined the Sardbach-based manufacturer in August 1986 as assistant managing director, before which he was involved in worldwide sales and marketing operations in the construction equipment industry. His goal is to capitalise on the success of Foden's new 3000 and 4000-series vehicles. Foden currently holds 10th position in the truck manufacturers league table but looks set to climb higher after a 126% leap in registrations.
