Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Changes have been made to two models in Optare's VWbased CityPacer range.

The CityPacer 11, which is designed for city centre routes, will now have a Telma Electric Retarder system fitted as standard. The wheelbase has been extended to 3.93m "to provide optimum balance between the front and rear axle, enhance the vehicle's manoeuvrability and improve stability during a ride," says the company.

Other new features include: increased standing capacity to six; 115-litre fuel tank; 90Ahr alternator and twin 88Ahr batteries; halogen headlamps; twin-fan extractor in a roofpowered air vent; flameretardent seat fillings and a new range of seat coverings.

The CityPacer Popular now comes with the most popular features that are used as standard on city centre stage carriage work — Optare says the vehicle is ideally suited to a fleet purchaser as there is a range of bulk purchase price options.
