Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Minister's latest proposals and I agree with her that there should not be any private objectors. When I applied for my first licence I had four objectors and fighting the case cost me in the region of £80, money that could be well-spent on the maintenance of my lorry.

As I have the work, I have applied for the addition of an extra lorry and I have received another five objections. I applied for a radius of 180 miles while working for W. H. Woodgates, thermal roofing installation contractors, and seven of my other customers.

I phoned one of my objectors to ask him if he could take asbestos sheeting from Uxbridge, Middlesex, to Exeter, and to my amazement I found out he was registered as a local coalman, so I am wondering why he has a right to object and how many more cases there are like this.
