Evans, group managing director, John Shaw and Sons, Wolverhampton, Ltd., after 50 years with the company. He has accepted the board's invitation to become an honorary life president of the company.
William H. Elsmore, works director, Britool Ltd., one of the John Shaw Group, after 42 years. C. C. Griffith: chairman, Engineering Components Ltd.—from January 1, 1968. He will be succeeded by his son, P. W. C. Griffith, present vice-chairman. G. S. Sutcliffe and F. J. Hurts, directors, retire from board at the end of the year.
