FRUSTRATED by the Wages Council's refusal of the £1 a week increase, and the delayed implementation of the subsistence and reduced-hours award, Scottish lorry drivers are threatening guerilla strikes.
A spokesman for the Scottish Commercial Motormen's Union has said: "We will force the employers in Scotland to concede what their friends on the Road Haulage Wages Council denied us."
