Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FOUR-day presentation of the Royal Tiger Doyen to more than 250 operators and the Press at Brighton was highly imaginative and impeccably staged.

Its features were explained in an excellent video film, then suddenly the screen disappeared and in its place was the coach on a turntable seemingly borne on a cloud of dry-ice vapour, to a musical accompaniment. The explanation continued live to a well-rehearsed script and the two presenters earned the admiration of even the most cynical pressmen.

During lunch the guests were entertained by the Leyland band, whose programme included a once-popular ballad in which the lyric writer lamented: "We nearly made it this time, didn't we?" I was assured that this implied no lack of confidence in the new vehicle.
