Alcoa wheels are strong and durable, forged from a single piece of aluminium, without welds. Under extreme operating conditions, it is durability that sets Alcoa wheels apart. Approved tests have shown Alcoa wheels to be the strongest available. They have passed mechanical load tests with loads four times higher than those steel wheels are subjected to. They are also the only aluminium wheels to pass the taxing Japanese JWL-T crash test.
Alcoa wheels have a five-year warranty, without mileage limitations.
The Alcoa WorkHorse has no ventilation holes, protecting the disc brakes from sand and gravel. The maximum load of this wheel is also 5-11% higher, compared to standard wheels in the same dimensions.
