I'm happy to announce it looks like the jig is up for those scurrilous ratters who park in spaces reserved for disabled people. What's more, it's none other than the Hawk who has put paid to their selfish ways.
Actually, I have to come clean and admit it's not yours truly. The Hawk, along with Minder, is a talking "parking deterrent" designed by Autoehair, which tells motorists when they are parking in a restricted area.
Trials over two years by supermarket giants Asda and Sainbury's have resulted in 98% of disabled bays being available for correct use.
