Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Arthur Sweet (left) is surely the model employee's model employee. When he retired recently after 34 years as a refuse collector with South Somerset District Council, he had not taken a single day off sick.

Apparently long service is all the rage there. Arthur is shown here with fellow crew members Bob Wheaden and Tony Biroumshaw: between them the three veteran binmen have notched up 105 years' service. Tidying up must be in Arthur's blood, because he would also make sure his ERF got a daily once-aver from top to bottom, including polishing the dashboard. I suspect that Arthur will be running a tight ship in retirement and won't have any unnecessary worries about anyone running a duster over his surfaces.
