Convictions and breaches of the drivers' hours rules have led to the authorisation on the licence held by Lesmahagowbased Thomas Lithow Jackson being cut from six vehicles and one trailer to three vehicles and one trailer. Jackson appeared before Scottish IC Michael Betts at a Glasgow disciplinary inquiry.
