Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Northamptonshire Police are to restrict abnormal load movements around the Silverstone circuit during the British Grand Prix on 7-12 July. In a move designed to reduce congestion, abnormal loads will be prohibited from using the A43 between the M1/.1l5A and M40/J10, and the 4422 between Old Stratford and M40/J11.

Restrictions will also apply on the A413, between Towcester and Buckingham, and the A5 between the junctions with the A43 and the A422. The ban extends to roads adjoining these routes in either direction between 20:00hrs on Wednesday 7 July and 15:00hrs on Monday12 July The same restrictions also apply to mobile cranes taker into Silverstone.
