Regulations 2007,The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007, The Removal and Disposal of Vehicles (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2007,The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (Guidelines on Levels of Charges) (England) Order 2007, comes into force 31 March 2008 These replace rules connected with the civil enforcement of parking contraventions in relation to the general regulations, representations and appeals, together with the removal and disposal of vehicles. Guidelines are also issued in relation to the levels of charges to be imposed, including the amount of time parking offenders will be allowed to pay a penalty charge notice at the lower rate.
