Although the Euro-vignette scheme has been in force for over two years, many small firms are still not aware of it, he says.
"There is no information about it," says Bloomfield, who was stopped at the Belgian border at Eupen. "There should he reminders_at Dover and Calais."
The Foreign Office says it has only received a handful of complaints about the Eurovignette system.
