Association (RHA) offer of free passage for its members on the M6 Toll during July will have to pay as normal, its operator has warned. Pete Cleaver, Midland Expressway director of tolling operations, said: "Despite stressing the fact that only members of the RHA are eligible, this key fact has become somewhat diluted; there have been reports that all trucks can travel free during July. This is most certainly not the case."
