to Laurie Dealer's used truck of the week. Each week our man inside the used truck trade picks out a truck or trailer from CM's online classified list. This week, it's a Daf XF105.460 Words: Laurie Dealer THIS WEEK'S best used truck is a 2012registered 4x2 Daf XF105.460 with a Super Space cab. It is on a 12-plate and has only clocked 18,600km. It's powered by the MX340 12.9-litre engine, which delivers 460hp and 2,300Nm torque, and is being sold by F&G Commercials in Kirklees.
However, it's the specification that really catches the eye: a leather steering wheel, aluminium-effect dashboard, luxury seats, 65-litre drawer, fridge, six-speaker stereo, hands-free kit and side camera system.
Externally it has skylights, fog lights, roof spoiler and collars, colour co-ordinated mirrors, side-skirts, Alcoa alloy wheels, a 750-litre fuel tank and 100-litre AdBlue tank.
It all points to an ex-demo truck, but even if it isn't, it's practically new and will therefore be priced accordingly.
Daf Trucks has put a lot of XF105s into the market, primarily 6x2, so a truck plated for 40 tonnes with this specification is something rather special.
