L) UK is holding a personal development event in London next month, covering topics such as using social media effectively; dealing with difficult people; networking beyond the boys' club; and diversity in the workplace. The event will be held on 4 July at Royal Mail's office at Victoria Embankment, and is being facilitated by DB Schenker. It is a free event for W IL members, with others welcome to come along. Founded in 2008, WIL UK remains a free to register, not-for-profit group and to date has over 3,300 members — both male and female.
