Truckspares (Wirksworth) site at the Haulage Yard in Coldwell Street, Matlock, subject to the following conditions and undertakings: • there shall be no maintenance of authorised vehicles and trailers before 8am or after 5pm Mondays to Saturdays; and no maintenance of authorised vehicles and trailers before 8am or after midday on Sundays.
• there will be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles and trailers before Sam or after 6pm Monday to Friday, or before Sam or after midday on Saturdays. There shall also be no movement of authorised vehicles and trailers to and from the site on Sundays.
• an audit shall be conducted by a suitable independent organisation by the end of this month, following attendance at an operator seminar. The scope of the audit will include systems for the management of maintenance, drivers' hours and working time. The audit report will be forwarded to the traffic area office within 14 days of its receipt together with any proposals for implementing its recommendations.
