go-ahead to operate two vehicles and a trailer at an operating centre in Forestway, Leyland, subject to the following conditions: • vehicles authorised under this licence will not exceed 4.5-tonne GVVV, or 5.6m in length by 2m in width; • authorised vehicles will enter and leave the operating centre in forward gear only; • all vehicles and vehicle/trailer combinations exceeding 3.5 tonnes shall be parked within the confines of the operating centre. They must not be left unattended on Forestway, or any other road within the vicinity of the operating centre; • all authorised vehicles and vehicle/trailer combinations exceeding 3.5 tonnes attending the operating centre will be parked within the confines of it. They shall not be left unattended on Forestway or any other road in the vicinity of the operating centre.
