Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A driver tor East Sussexbased Jempsons Transport Contractors is helping police with their enquiries following an accident in Kent last week which involved his HGV colliding with a freight train carrying a nuclear flask.

A British Transport Police spokesman says the driver had been "reported for failing to comply with a road traffi signal" at the Brookland level crossing near Romney a 11 June. Although the colhsio happened at low speed an the nuclear flask was 801 from the impact, more tha 10 fire fighters were sent t the incident.

Jempsons declined to coni ment on the incident.
