Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

by Miles Brignall • Spalding-based Hargrave International has been bought by Turners (Soham) following weeks of rumours that it was up for sale.

Hargrave runs more than 150 trucks on reefer work across Europe and the UK and has a turnover of ..£15m per year. It will continue to run under its own name.

The acquisition takes Turners fleet to more than 500 vehicles and pushes the group's turnover past the .£50m mark.

Turners managing director Paul Day says the Hargrave fleet will work alongside Turners growing international division. He adds: "Hargrave is a well respected international firm and will complement our existing business as well as providing greater coverage of the UK through its Spalding and Glasgow sites."

Day won't reveal how much Turners paid for Hargrave but he rules out any job losses and says Hargrave's managing director Graham Eames will continue to run the company. The group is to open a new depot in Paddock Wood, Kent next month.
