• The London Boroughs Transport Committee now has a date for its appeal against last summer's High Court decision preventing it from forcing operators who have London Lorry Ban exemption permits to fit air brake silencers. (CM 2-8 Aug 1990).
It will be appealing to the House of Lords on 25 June.
