Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Leyland Daf has launched a tipper version of its new 45 Series, which is replacing the Roadrunner.

The tipper is available at 6.2 and 7.49 tonnes and has a 3,25m wheelbase. Like the haulage chassis it comes with a choice of 86kW (115hp), 100kW (130hp), 108kW (145hp) and 119kW (160hp) engines.

The specs are more or less the same as the standard 45 Series which was unveiled two months ago (CM 25 April-1 May). It uses the ZF S 5-42 gearbox and Leyland Daf's 5/12 rear axle (7/18 on the 119kW model). The cab is identical, except that rubber mats are fitted.

Leyland Daf is not supplying tipper bodies, and has not yet received any orders. With a GVW below 7.5 tonnes the vehicle is aimed at the municipal and non-HGV market.
