Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

JOHN NEWBERRY, a partner in South Wales Motor Auctions, Bridgend, believes that his children who are ferried everywhere by car, "are missing a great part of their childhood if they do not ride on buses, especially on the top deck."

So he and his partner David Tilbury, bought a 20-year-old Leyland open-top double-decker for £475 and then spent eight months and £2,000 on producing Britain's biggest and best baby carriage. The lower deck has been converted into a lounge for mother and father and the upper deck is a super grandstand for the kids, who have an unrivalled view of outdoor events.
