As I intend Making a career of transport management and feel that a p.s. v. licence would be valuable could I, through CM appeal for assistance in obtaining a licence through a north-east operator, or could you let me have information on any lorry training schemes in the North?
have tried all the local companies, but to no avail. If required I would be prepared to work on a part-time basis for anyone who would assist me.
ATo the best of our knowledge the only
scheme referred to was the Alfa School of Transport Driving. The proprietor, Mr. C. F. Banks, operates various p.s.v. for instruction. The rates are £2 per hour, plus £5 for p.s.v, test. The address to write to is 17 Chequers Way. Palmers Green. London, N13.
