Renault Trucks has launched another low-rate finance package on its Premium tractor — and extended its repair and maintenance deal.
Competition for remarketing fleet-spec tractors has intensified with Renault Trucks ramping up its packages on Premium Privilege cab tractors. It has extended its repair and maintenance deal until the end of the year and launched a lower-rate finance package..
Used vehicles operations manager Chris Sharp says the 0.99% rate deal, down a full 1% on the previous deal, is available on selected Premium 420 dCi 6x2 tractors. It includes six months of mechanical breakdown insurance and operators require a 20% deposit to qualify on three, four or five year-old trucks. Renault advertises the deal as €89 a week or .£385 a month. IL is available until the end of the year.
The 12-month repair and maintenance package is now included in the purchase deal, and the combination of both will affect more than 200 vehicles this year. Sharp says that the repair and maintenance package has proved successful.
