DARTFORD DELAYS • Work has now begun on the widening of approach roads to the new Dartford Bridge: in particular, the A282 is to be widened to four lanes in each direction at the junction with the M25.
This work is expected to take at least two years and will involve a number of temporary traffic rnangement schemes with a 50mph (801an/h) speed limit.
