/1 South Wales Traffic Commissioner John Mervyn Pugh has given Jenkins Tours (Llanelli) just over 14 days to have its 10 PSVs certified by an outside contractor as being capable of passing the MoT test. Director Alcwyn Jenkins blamed roadworks outside the company's depot for a number of prohibition notices.
