• A new folding version of Weston-Super-Mare-based CEMA Enterprises' underrun protection device can be moved into an upright position for loading onto rail transporters when travelling to and from Europe.
The EC-approved system, which uses CEMA's patent torque-absorbing fixing unit, is suitable for vehicles of 3.5 tonnes and over. It can be fitted with an audio/visual alarm that warns the driver if the rear of the vehicle contacts an obstacle.
