AA/I-3RS RESCUE, the national breakdown and recovery service run for commercial vehicle operators by the Automobile Association and British Road Services, gets a direct dialling service next month.
Instead of making free calls via an operator, from August the customer need dial only 0800 424151. That will ensure that charges are automatically reversed and the caller will be connected direct to the rescue centre.
