Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW WEIGHBRIDGE opened to the public yesterday. It is in South-east London near the Blackwall Tunnel.

The new weighbridge is operated by the London Borough of Greenwich council and can weigh vehicles up to 60 tonnes gross on a platform 18 metres by 3 metres (60ft by 10ft). It is open from 7am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and the charge is El per vehicle.

The weighbridge is next to the council's high security lorry park in Boord Street, London SE10 just off the A102(M) at the southern end of the Blackwall Tunnel.

Companies will be permitted to use it for their own private purposes, and the council's weights and measures inspectors will also use it to checkweigh for overloading.

The weighbridge uses electronic weighing equipment by Avery.
