Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

From Gomo Engineering comes three portable air compressor sets suitable for inflating tyres, or for use with paint-spraying equipment or air-operated power tools. Called the PUC series, displacements are 4.5, 7.0 and 10.0 cu ft per min and the units weigh between 70Ib and 80Ib. Each single cylinder compressor is driven via a flexible coupling from a 3.5 bhp fourstroke petrol engine.

The PUC 4, the 4.5 cu ft per min model, has a 110Ib psi delivery pressure, the PUC 7 and 10 models, 125Ib psi. The compressors' are mounted on a tubular frame which incorporate carrying handles. Overall dimensions are 27.75 by 15.5 by 18in.
