Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BRS HAS STARTED the new year on a positive note with a £45m, five-year deal to manage a UK distribution operation for office furniture specialist Spicers.

The deal, which involves 100 trucks and drivers operating from Spicers' eight regional distribution centres, marks a continued push by BRS to sell its Capacity Management solution. It offers distribution and rental services, together with the firm's skills and experience, and includes vehicle tracking and Dieselogic fuel management.

This side of the BRS operation has grown from 12m in 1999 to £32m last year.

Under TUPE rules all employees affected by the move will have the right to transfer their employment to BRS, keeping continuity of service and with no drop in the terms and conditions of their jobs.
