Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEYLAND Fleetline buses have run into trouble once more, this time with the South Yorkshire PTE.

South Yorkshire ordered 85 Fleetlines from Leyland in 1971 for delivery in 1974 but the three-day week and other troubles have caused delays.

Faults including oil leaks, steering defects, transmission faults and blocked radiator pipes have caused at least 24 buses to be taken off the road at any one time.

Leyland engineers are working in co-operation with South Yorkshire engineers to get the buses back in service as soon as possible. Leyland says the problems, many of which are associated with components not of its manufacture, have been identified and will soon be solved.

The first buses in this batch were delivered 18 months ago and vehicles are still being delivered.
