Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

It might just be us, but we'll be blowed if we can tell the difference between these two haulage high-fliers. Although one spends his time surrounded by finery In the House of Lords and the other runs Cheshire's favourite family haulage firm (slogan: 'The future moving forward', whatever that means) they are almost indistinguishable. That said, both tend towards the blue end of the political spectrum, so perhaps they are cut from the same cloth after all...
