Overloading the first axle of a car transporter cost driver Barry Warner of Laceby £578.78 in fines and costs. Magistrates in Barnet, north London, were told that the permitted first axle weight of 8,000kg was exceeded by sookg. Warner was fined MO with 07818 costs.
