Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A dogfight is imminent between the Red Baron Trucking Company of Wraysbury, Middlesex and truck manufacturer Renault over the rase of an exploding clutch.

Red Baron boss Kelvin Purcell is demanding £2,373 from Renault to pay for a clutch which failed after seven weeks having done only 12,000km. Purcell is the former drummer with the Hot Shots, whose recording of Snoopy Versus the Red Baron reached number two in the charts in 1973.

Renault towed Purcell's truck to its Birmingham workshop and fitted a replacement clutch. But Kelvin claims it refused to let him have the vehicle until he paid the 12.000 repair bill in cash.

Now he is suing Renault for his repair bill, recovery charge, and the hire of a vehicle for a week. But he is not too depressed to sing about it. He is recording a new song, The Red Baron Versus Renault, with The Heathrow Flyers.

The group's other record Music for Motorways. which includes a re-recorded country version of Snoopy is also available by contacting Red Baron on (0753) 683129.
