Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Dyfed Fire Brigade's new Boniface-bodied Scania P93ML 4x2 recovery vehicle has a rear axle which has been uprated to a design weight of 13 tonnes. This helps in road accidents when wrecked vehicles have to be lifted clear on the spot, explains Dyfed's transport officer Harcourt John. But the 187kW (250hp) 5m-wheelbase truck must keep within its plated 10.5tonne rear axle weight when pulling another vehicle.

The Bonif ace lnterstater body is fitted with two 13.5-tonne rear winches and a five-tonne front winch. It was supplied by Cardiff Scania dealer Telford Trucks and will be on Scania's stand at the Wales Fire 92 show in Tenby on 21 May.
